Creditas announces CTO/COO appointment and executive transition plan
São Paulo, December 1st, 2025 Creditas announces the appointment of Ricardo Forcano as Chief Technology and Operating Officer (CTO/COO), effective December 1, 2025. Forcano will oversee Technology, Operations and Human Resources, supporting the company’s long-term priorities of scale, operational efficiency, and technology-driven innovation and productivity with a special focus on the transition towards an AI native platform.
Forcano (48) brings over 20 years of experience in large financial and technology-enabled organizations. At BBVA, he served for 10 years in multiple executive roles including CIO and CHRO, leading the Bank’s global technology modernization, cultural transformation, and business expansion initiatives across Europe and Latin America.
He joins Creditas as part of a planned executive transition. Ann Williams, current COO, will remain full time until March 31st, 2026 and continue with part time support for the remainder of 2026 to ensure continuity across operational and strategic programs during the handover period.
This management transition reinforces Creditas’ long-term strategic roadmap and supports the company’s continued focus on disciplined execution, operational resilience, and sustainable growth.
